Savvy Squad (PREI Ltd.) Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Savvy Squad - (PREI Ltd.) ("Company"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, and the individual or entity ("Member") who subscribes to the Savvy Squad, an online real estate investing educational platform. By subscribing to Savvy Squad, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Benefits
1.1 The Company agrees to provide the Member with access to educational resources, training materials, webinars, forums, mentorship sessions, investment tools, and other related services (collectively, "Services") offered through the Savvy Squad platform.
1.2 The Company may add, remove, or modify the Services from time to time at its sole discretion.
2. Membership Term
2.1 The initial term of the membership is one (1) year from the date of subscription ("Initial Term").
2.2 After the Initial Term, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party as provided herein.
3. Membership Fees
3.1 The Member agrees to pay the membership fees as specified at the time of subscription.
3.2 Membership fees for the Initial Term are payable in full at the time of subscription unless a payment plan is agreed upon by the Company.
3.3 Monthly membership fees after the Initial Term are payable in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to adjust the membership fees at the end of the Initial Term. Any fee adjustments will be communicated to the Member at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.
4. Payment Method
4.1 The Member shall provide valid payment information at the time of subscription and ensure that the payment information remains current and valid throughout the membership term.
4.2 The Company will process payments through a third-party payment processor, and the Member agrees to the payment processor's terms and conditions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 The Member may cancel the membership at any time after the Initial Term by providing written notice to the Company.
5.2 No refunds will be provided for any fees paid for the Initial Term or any partial month following the Initial Term.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership if the Member breaches any terms of this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
6. Member Responsibilities
6.1 The Member agrees to use the Services solely for educational purposes and not for any commercial use.
6.2 The Member shall not share their login credentials with any third party.
6.3 The Member shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of the Services.
6.4 The Member agrees to participate actively and respectfully in the Savvy Squad community, including forums and webinars.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 The Member agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other confidential information provided through the Services.
7.2 The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content and materials provided through the Services are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
8.2 The Member is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content and materials for personal educational purposes.
8.3 The Member shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials provided through the Services without the Company's prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Services.
9.3 The Company's total liability to the Member for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of the membership fees paid by the Member.
10. Amendments
10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon notice to the Member, which may be provided via email or through the Savvy Squad platform.
10.2 The Member's continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
12.2 If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
By subscribing to the Savvy Squad, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
