When faced with these shiny opportunities that don’t align with your purpose, just remember: FOMO is a real estate investor’s worst enemy. Stay focused on what truly matters, and let the distractions fade away.

Real estate investing is a roller coaster ride. I’ve been investing for almost 9 years and there have been lots of ups, downs, and loop-the-loops that make your stomach churn and drop, but I haven’t seen it all like some of the more experienced investors.
