My husband and I recently completed the Elevate Masterclass.

We kind of “fell” into Real Estate Investing when my husband purchased his first house at age 20. He lived in it and rented out rooms to his buddies.. cue unintentional investing!

We knew, that even after years of renting out that house, that we were no experts. We wanted to scale UP and buy more but didn’t know where to start. We found Michaels Facebook group and began reading and learning just from what others posted.

We booked a zoom call with him and after that, signed up for the Elevate Masterclass!

Very quickly, we learned there was so much we didn’t know. In the course, we learned how to analyze properties, markets and cities. We learned where to find current, crucial information regarding city growth, development and who to reach out to if we couldn’t find that information.

We also learned how to network and “interview” real estate agents, property managers, mortgage brokers etc. and what it means to find an “Investment based” team. Perhaps the best part of the course was the group support and networking.

You learn with other like minded individuals and share so much information! I also really liked the presentations at the end as it allowed for a glimpse into other cities we weren’t currently evaluating.

Highly recommend this program for anyone thinking of getting into real estate investing OR anyone currently real estate investing as it’s a great refresher and will probably teach you lots you didn’t know.
